- Product Orders: Cancellations are allowed before the product is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Services: Service cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items: Software, antivirus, and digital products are non-refundable once activated.
